Beyond the notes of lemon tea and dried fruit, this coffee includes an additional layer of complexity with subtle, pleasant notes of licorice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eCultivated by the coffee farming community in Ngozi Province at approximately 1800 MASL, this coffee is comprised of numerous micro-lots brought in by different farmers. As a fully washed lot, this coffee is pulped immediately, submerged in water to degrade the mucilage and detect defects through flotation, and rinsed one final time to fully remove the mucilage from the seed.
