Refund policy
Coffee
We maintain a multi-faceted quality control (QC) process to ensure that the coffee delivered to your door meets or exceeds your expectations. Nonetheless, if you believe your product to be below-standard or deficient in some capacity, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@intergreen.coffee so that we can make it right.
If your Intergreen coffee is just okay but not quite there, please contact us. We may be able to help you dial in your brew to get it just right. If it is still below standard, we will issue you a full re-fund.
Not Coffee
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Items that are not eligible for return/refund include: gift cards; brewing equipment that has been altered, mishandled, or used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions; items marked as "Final Sale"; and clothing with tags removed or any other noticeable sign of wear (e.g., scent, stains, etc.).
Refunds
In the event of a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
